What Our Essential Oils Quality Certifications Guarantee

Our essential oils quality certifications are not just compliance checkboxes – they are the foundation of trust that buyers, importers, and private-label brands rely on when sourcing from India.
Here is what each certification means for your supply chain:

Is EssentialOilsExport ISO 9001:2015 certified?

Our ISO 9001:2015 certified essential oils manufacturing facility follows a documented quality management system covering procurement, production, testing, and delivery. This is one of the most recognised international standards for quality assurance in global trade. Learn more about ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Our certification (Certificate No. UQ-1072RE04, issued by UK Global Certification & Inspection Limited, valid to 09 July 2028) is independently audited on a fixed surveillance schedule rather than issued once and left to lapse, with a first surveillance audit and a second surveillance audit preceding renewal. In practice, this means every batch that leaves our Kanpur facility follows documented procedures for raw material intake, production control, testing, and record-keeping, so buyers can trace quality decisions rather than take them on faith. For cosmetic manufacturers, aromatherapy brands, and private-label partners evaluating a new supplier, ISO 9001:2015 is typically the first credential procurement teams check before requesting samples.

Are your essential oils GMP certified?

GMP certified essential oils production ensures that every batch is manufactured under controlled conditions that meet pharmaceutical and food-grade safety standards. Our GMP compliance covers equipment hygiene, staff training, batch documentation, and contamination prevention.

Our GMP certification (Certificate No. UQ-1072RE05, issued by UK Global Certification & Inspection Limited, valid to 09 July 2028) is independently assessed rather than self-declared. GMP compliance is one of five certifications we currently hold, alongside ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, HALAL, and Spices Board of India registration, each independently audited and renewed on a fixed surveillance schedule. For buyers sourcing essential oils for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food-adjacent formulations, GMP certification is typically the baseline compliance requirement importers and private-label partners ask for first.

Do you hold HACCP certification?

HACCP certification demonstrates that our essential oils quality control process actively identifies and controls biological, chemical, and physical hazards at every critical stage of production. This is especially important for food-grade and nutraceutical-grade essential oil buyers.

Our HACCP certification (Certificate No. UQ-1072RE02, issued by UK Global Certification & Inspection Limited, valid to 09 July 2028) requires us to map every production step, from raw material intake through distillation, filtration, and packaging, and document the specific control point at which contamination risk is checked and recorded. For essential oils destined for food, beverage, or nutraceutical applications, HACCP is often a required import credential, distinct from general quality-management certifications like ISO 9001. We maintain HACCP alongside GMP and ISO 9001:2015 so that both our manufacturing process and our hazard-control system are independently verified, not just self-declared.

Are your essential oils HALAL certified?

Our HALAL certified essential oils meet the requirements of Islamic dietary law, making them suitable for markets in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and global Muslim consumer segments. HALAL certification covers ingredients, production processes, and packaging standards.

Our HALAL certification (Certificate No. UQ-1072RE03, issued by UK Global Certification & Inspection Limited, valid to 09 July 2028) confirms that our raw materials, extraction and distillation processes, and packaging are independently assessed against HALAL requirements, not just self-declared. This matters for buyers formulating cosmetics, personal-care products, or food-adjacent applications intended for Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, or Muslim-consumer markets, where HALAL status is frequently a hard requirement rather than a preference. We renew this certification on the same fixed surveillance schedule as our other credentials, so it stays current rather than lapsing quietly between audits.

Are you registered with the Spices Board of India?

As a registered Spices Board of India exporter, we are authorised to export spice-derived essential oils (including black pepper, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, and clove oils) under official export regulatory oversight. This registration ensures compliance with quality benchmarks set by the Government of India for spice oil exports.

Our Spices Board of India registration (RCMC No. CRES/SBCB/25714/2025-2026, valid to 15 July 2028) is a government-issued Registration-cum-Membership Certificate, distinct from the privately audited certifications above. It confirms we are formally authorised under Indian export regulations to trade in spice-derived essential oils. This registration is directly relevant if you are sourcing black pepper oil, turmeric oil, ginger oil, cardamom oil, or clove oil specifically, since spice oils fall under a separate regulatory category from general essential oils in Indian export law. Combined with our ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL certifications, this gives buyers a complete compliance picture across both our general manufacturing standards and our spice-oil export authorisation specifically.

All our essential oils also undergo GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) third-party testing to verify purity, composition, and the absence of adulterants. COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS documentation is provided with every shipment. View our full certified essential oils catalogue or enquire about OEM private-label certified oils.

How do you keep certifications current?

We renew and audit our essential oils quality certifications annually to stay ahead of changing global regulations. Every certificate is available for download or shared directly with buyers upon request, giving you full transparency about the compliance standards behind every product you purchase.

Our ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL certifications follow the same three-year cycle: certification, a first surveillance audit roughly a year later, a second surveillance audit in year two, and full recertification in year three, so compliance is checked on a fixed schedule rather than assumed between renewals. Our Spices Board of India registration follows the government’s own renewal cycle rather than this surveillance-audit pattern. If you need current certificate copies for your own import documentation or supplier-qualification process, request them directly from our export team.

What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
